This was the most difficult thing to put together, and I've assembled countless items from popular manufacturers/stores and consider myself highly skilled in this department. For this product, the labeling and instructions were terrible, a few of the holes didn't line up, the fake wood split when attaching to the frame. Adults cannot sit on this to put their shoes on without feeling like it will topple over due to the fake wood and weak frame. This product looks good in theory and is a good size and height to sit on, but is poorly manufactured and executed. I would have returned it, but it was too difficult to put together and a bit past the time frame to return.
