Still the best sandal in the world
Everything is perfect except for the straps, especially the heel strap which is too long. Wear 10W, feet on the narrow side. We are working on the fit but previous pairs have had better proportions and this has not been an issue. My husband's 8M fits better but he doesn't split. Many prefer finger loops that prevent flapping. However, these are the best shoes for standing, walking, gardening, wading and living in them for over 20 years.
