I love this pendant. It matches most of my wardrobes and the colors of the crystals are just as vivid as shown in the photos. BUT. My first complaint is that the clasp is very small. It is also a lobster clasp which makes it difficult for most people to use, although it looks nice. The jump rings (on the other side of the clasp) are also very small. All of this makes the necklace difficult to put on and damn difficult to take off. For me, this is a small inconvenience, since I make jewelry from beads myself. I have larger caps and the right tools and knowledge to replace a cap with a better performing one. But for the average person, it can be very frustrating. My other complaint is that the chain had two knots. Again, I have jewelry pliers to help me untie knots in a small diameter chain. If I had to do it with my fingers, it would be a very uncomfortable experience. UPDATE: The seller contacted me and offered to replace the part to make me happier. I appreciate this gesture but I am very happy with my necklace and pendant after making the changes described above. I have urged them to replace the clasp and ring and clean up the packaging so the chain doesn't bind and I hope they will do so in the future. that would be the best product. However, I would like to emphasize that the pendant itself is very beautiful and I get compliments when I wear it. My questions will not be a problem for most people. If you like online followers, you will love it in your hands. Be aware that clasping a necklace can be challenging if you have arthritic fingers.
