It is possible but not easy to get them to work
Used on a 2016 Kia Sedona to replace the low beams with LEDs. I used them with Cougar Motor H7 LED bulbs. I had to shave off some of the plastic where the lamp's base fits to hold it. I also had to carefully pry the factory bulb pins out of the plastic adapter and attach them to the new bulb pins to leave enough room for this adapter to fit into the headlight assembly. They can get the job done, but if you're looking for a simpler time, buy the $100 LASFIT H7 LED + Kia Sedona adapters. They'll probably hold together better and make installation easier.
