Great headphones but can't get them to work.

I'll try to be as honest as possible: I like almost everything about this product: excellent sound quality and battery life at a very good price. I looked at other reviews and many others think the same. But: my second set in two months showed that one kidney stopped working. Ironically, the broken earbud in the second set is the opposite of the one that failed the first time, but because they have different Bluetooth frequencies I can't just take one from one set and the other from the other. - Eventually I put them back in the charging case, but they just won't charge. After some trouble I received my broken earbuds in the latest charging kit but they won't connect. A very disappointing result for an otherwise great product. The company provided support and replaced my first set, but. However, your mileage may vary. Maybe my ears are poisonous to headphones.
