Where to start. I love EOS lip balm but 2/4 of this pack wasn't. Let's start with a little question, Flavors. Vanilla and pomegranate lacked flavor, but strawberry and sweet mint were present. Next, damage the lip balm with vanilla and pomegranate. Vanilla looks like someone opened it and then misaligned it when closing due to a large dent in the product itself. Not only does the pomegranate look grainy, it has hairs or some type of fibers that are under the lip balm. Aside from that damage, the grenade doesn't rise when spinning, and what little that did rise I had to push back. Overall, the only two that look good are strawberry and sweet mint. UPDATE The pomegranate lip balm that came with the hair was used! When I finally turned around to show the whole product, there was only half a tube. It is absolutely disgusting for someone to send back a half used product and it is disgusting that Revain would accept this.
