My workout is very intense (HIIT). These are great shoes. I wore Nike running shoes and had pain in my arches, knees and ankles. I did quite a bit of research and they were on my "to try" list. I found this listing for her at an AMAZING price (however the price has since gone up again). I tried them and the difference was almost immediate. Excellent weight distribution, flexibility in all the right places and breathability keep feet comfortably cool. It's amazing what great shoes can do to the rest of your body. They felt so good that I came back a few days later and caught two more pairs when it came time to throw them away.
