I didn't know I had a big face until I tried on this goatee. In its widest position, this template barely covers the edges of my mouth. It's also not flush on the sides, so shaving isn't really possible. It won't work for my face, but it might work for most people. The plastic is well made and the fit is easy. Pretty awkward to hold the stencil in place and shave. I've used this, bringing one side to my face and then the other, but have found that the stencil mostly gets in the way. I could easily shake off the small strands of hair that were on the red plastic.
