Efficient, user friendly and affordable way of archiving emails
The support team was very helpful when I had questions during my testing phase with this program.
They were able to answer all our concerns quickly! There really isn't anything that i dislike about this software other than the price tag for it (which can be quite high). It's great because you don't have to worry about backing up your email anymore-it does so automatically as well as converting them into different formats like.pst files or pdfs which are easy enough to back up if needed later down the road.

- Email archiving capability
- User friendly interface.
- Ability convert emails from one format directly in otehr without having t lose attachments/attachments' attribution information etc
Cons
- Almost everything is ok
