- This program allows users access their mailbox without having an email client installed in order view messages stored within them or even send new ones through Outlook Express by selecting "send" option under each folder where they store mails instead sending directly out via OE window itself.It's really helpful when we don't get our computers connected online most often because internet connection would be required first
