I carry a swiss army knife, it's very handy but can be a bit bulky in my pocket. I saw some SAK (Swiss Army Knife) enthusiasts using these "hanging clips" to improve the carrying comfort of the SAK, so I decided to give it a try. This particular model was recommended on the SAK websites I've read. I can't give you a long-term rating yet, but it makes a good first impression. It can be easily attached to your pocket and the knife hangs vertically. I don't feel a knife in my pocket. The knife does not fall to the bottom of the pocket where it increases pocket wear. My zippers are easy to put on and take off. If I don't need to wash my pants at the end of the day, I leave the clip and knife in my pocket, as well as the belt on my pants. This adds some comfort.
