Poor build and boxes
The upper is made of a smooth upper bonded to a honeycomb structure. At least they tried. The problem is that they didn't glue the two pieces together, so every time you touched the top it stuck and ripped when taken off. so there is no spacer in between. They rubbed each other. A sheet of plastic or foam would have prevented the problem. Went back and ordered a different brand.
