Most importantly we can now manage our Marketing Campaigns from multiple offices in London via 1 account - I love this! Everything is integrated into one place so it's easy to access all of your campaigns at once time too- there isn't much that you dislike really as far ssymbi core goes but maybe more campaign specific support would be great if needed (think like Google Analytics). If using for B2B then they do charge quite heavily though their customer service was also poor when having queries which caused me some concern regarding my contract renewal after first year since not able 2 work out how many calls went unanswered etcetc.. We're saving around 50% by doing away w/our agency managing online advertising spend across several key clients who don’t have an internal team dedicated exclusivelyto these tasks Symbicore has been very helpful in our campaign for new clients. They have been able to track our leads and convert them to sales. They have also been able to turn our social media presence into sales. They have been a great partner for us. I have no complaints about Symbicore. They have been great to work with. They have helped us to get more sales and we have been able to turn our social media presence into sales.
