I was so happy with this bag for a while. When you bought it they had a one year warranty on the bag if it broke. One day I was carrying a bag and the strap broke (same thing portrayed in many bad reviews). Then when I tried to replace my bag it took me MONTHS (like 4 months) to speak to them until they told me that the bags are "sold out" I just checked and it's sold out and then the warranty was removed from the site instead of just replacing my bad bag.
