The chairs arrived quickly and as scheduled. They were slightly wider than I imagined from the pictures but advertised correctly with dimensions. They were hard to assemble while holding the seat and aligning the holes with the frame. Otherwise, all the needed tools and hardware are included by the manufacturer. My biggest complaint is that the seats are uncomfortable and stiff. This is little to no padding on the seat bottom ( only springs), and the seatback is so far back on the chair that it does not support your lower back. The chairs and love seat are sturdy and appear to be well constructed (no fear of falling through them).
