Hat is too big (IMO) for any dog under 30 pounds and I had to put a folded piece of paper inside the hat to make it stand up (and vertical just didn't go with my ears) but the costume is so stupid I couldn't stop laughing so I'm still keeping it. The costume itself is of above average quality and quite thick. It's not very stretchy, so get one size bigger. For reference, my Corgi/Jack measurements are: Back Length: 15 inches, Neck: 15 inches, Chest: 20 inches. We ordered a large one.
