I like their customer support, they are always willing to help you out with any issue or question regarding your account. They also give discounts for large accounts which makes it affordable as well! There isn't anything i dislike about them at this time but maybe if there was more of a selection in terms pricing plans then we could have different options available when signing up? We use our subscription service mainly from home office so not much interaction happens between us however once every now and again someone will get stuck using one function due to some error/issue etc..we can assist remotely through chat window via screen share - great way too keep things running smoothly without having everyone physically present together!
