I love the look of this chair and its comfortable seat. A simple assembly that should have taken only 15 minutes ended up taking almost an hour and a half! The holes drilled in the chair were off-center, and one person pushed the chair while the other twisted it. I was almost done and was about to send it back because a chair shouldn't take that much effort to put together! Also, the directions were unclear. We had to put it together a little differently than specified. At the end of the fight I was given a nice and comfortable chair but the process of getting it was ridiculous.
