Overall a good product. Appears to be well made, very well packaged. BUT? When you lie down, say, you watch a movie on TV, you fall into a hole or a pit. (This was hard or red-orange side up). We have a king and my wife and I have noticed that he seems to have a large hump or mound in our midst. Moving and changing position is difficult, trying to cuddle (and all that ;) because of the hole you fall into. If you just go to bed and fall asleep, I'm sure you'll be fine. I got him out of bed after a few nights. It is also stated to be 3 inches thick and measuring less than 2.5 inches. Hope that helps.
