Bought for my truck. Not that I need a charging cable, but to use Android Auto. The ONLY reason I ordered it is for the role. It will not be long or short as it will roll up when not in use. I have other sockets. The whole point was keeping it in the truck, and it folds up and out of the way when not in use. I just plugged in the cable today and Android Auto keeps crashing. I connected 2 other cables (1 very short, 1 very long) and they both work without problems, but this cable keeps disconnecting Android Auto from the head unit. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is technical. he charges the phone.
