The JBL app allows for customization of the controls, which are simple to use. A bonus is the microphone as well. Nobody raised an issue. The street, the house, and the subway are all level. But it could be improved (my personal quibbles). Soundproofing is quite comparable to the sublime Sony wh-1000xm4. But you can excuse me because it's silly to compare here. This place has soundproofing that actually performs its job.
