I hoped the reviews were over the top but unfortunately they aren't. I have just received my package and right out of the box the mouse pad and part of the armrest of the device are showing signs of detachment, blisters and dents. The straps are too short to wrap around the arm and reattach at the other end of the strap. Even if the straps were long enough, the velcro is on the wrong side of the strap - so you can't fasten it. Luckily I had some Velcro zip ties lying around and was able to attach them to the straps so Jerry could adjust them to some small functions, but I don't expect them to last long. Very disappointed with the quality of the product, or rather the lack of it.
