I am 5ft 2in tall. I wear 2 inches and usually wear 18-20 but I bought 16W and they fit perfectly. Judging by the picture I thought it was a high waisted skirt but it may be on a regular length torso but for me it sits just above the waist. The length is perfect with a heel of about 2-3 inches and stretches with flat shoes. Overall I was very concerned that the quality would not be there. I've bought clothes from Revain 6 times and have returned them all because they weren't as advertised or didn't fit. But this is VERY IMPRESSIVE! I WILL DEFINITELY BUY AGAIN! And the colors are real and vivid.
