Review on Moen DN4150BN Stockton Freestanding Pivoting by Justin Verslues

I ditched the Delta brand freestanding toilet paper holder because it needs to adjust vertically but doesn't hold up when rotated. So we bought this free standing Moen Stockton holder. It's a little heavier and stays where you put it. I like it, but there's one thing that bothers me about it. The rod that the scroll sits on is not intended to be securely attached to the harp, it simply lies loose in its mount and as you unroll the paper it will ring like a bell as the paper dissolves. He's not broken. Apparently Moen designed it that way and no damage has been done. But everyone within 15 feet will clearly hear your progress towards completing your task.
