*add change: I would like the suit to be a shirt, not velcro. The material does not stretch, the puppy does not feel comfortable in it. (9/27/18) Suit just arrived (size small). Our Chihuahua Cairn Terrier mix weighs about 8 pounds and his front legs are quite long for a little guy at about 7.5 inches (from heel to armpit). The material is a little reserved, but he's still cute and would look great alongside his Batman pup this Halloween! The mask actually fits, but our pup's hair gets in his eyes, so we won't be using it. I would definitely recommend it as $12 is a great deal! PetSmart had a $25 Spiderman costume! And we paid $28 at PetSmart for a Batman costume for our other dog last year. Again, this is a good deal for costume ideas 🙂 I've included photos for our pup's sizing.
