Customer Support is outstanding, their knowledge base has helped me with some challenging issues that otherwise would have been difficult to solve! They are always willing for help when needed but do not pressure you into buying software or services if it's outside your comfort zone (i am an amateur at best). Overall I'm very happy so far in my relationship as customer of this product/service!! The ability to send email reminders directly from our system helps us achieve our goal while keeping track of progress easily through each stage - there was nothing we disliked about using healthefx other than perhaps being able to set up folders inside emails instead of having them all appear under one large "to:" folder which could get rather cluttered sometimes.
