Like a watch and fits well. I tried to figure it out myself but had to pull out the instructions on how to set it up. Easy setup once I did that haha **Update: apparently had to change it from 5 BC to 3 stars quite easily. I've had it for less than 2 months and now I have a big scratch in the middle :-/. I'll probably only use it for one workout for now. I wore it all day but not that much anymore.
