Am I missing something? Is it specifically for a big mouth? The few times I used it, it gaped at me. I had sensitive gums for a few days that were healing from being cut with this thing. It's not that soft and it's very difficult to brush your tongue without feeling like you're being crushed. It's not a pleasant experience.
