If I'm not happy with a purchase, I usually return it and "let it go". But this scarf was such a disappointment that I have to fix it. The colors and pattern were nice, but they were unusable; it had holes and holes in it! The outer packaging was undamaged, so it must have been sent in this condition on purpose. It's made of thin fabric, but that's no excuse for knowingly spoiling a product. My advice - think twice before ordering from this company!
