Ugh! Seriously, this may sound silly, but all I wanted was a simple directional night light that auto-activates in low light that could be used in our bathrooms to wake up at 3am, "nature's call". I wanted something that would only dimly illuminate the sink/countertop to illuminate my path, not shine in my face, not shine into our bedroom, and not blind anyone walking from the field to the bathroom. dark bedroom. Apparently this query is harder to find than I thought. All I could find on the market were bright white sconces. Nothing right and they all seem to have line of sight LEDs (I want to light up an area, not me). I finally found them and they are amazing! Ideal! The quality is noticeable and works the way you want it to. phew! It's worth noting that I saw the 'used but in new condition' option when I bought it here at Revain and I did on the first round. but in the pack there was an empty pack for these lamps, and then two cheap unbranded "spotlight" type wall lamps. It was weird, especially coming from the Revain warehouse. Talk about bait and switches. Anyway these were sent back and I bought a new pair and they were perfect! As everyone else has written here in their reviews, they are excellent. worth all 5 stars!
