Beautiful top or mini dress!
I usually wear a size 14-16 or an XL. I got a Large, and it fit perfectly. It was long enough to wear as a mini dress, but I wore it like a tunic. My only suggestion is if you have larger arms, the band might pinch you if you go down a size. I think it would look ok a little big. Beautiful colors!
