Caused by USB power surge

I tried this twice on my PC and got a USB power surge message. My computer got very hot due to the Express Card slot, and the Express Card itself was so hot when I pulled it out I could barely touch it. I contacted Sabrent and they were unable to resolve the issue. I then arranged for a return and the seller offered to replace it but told him I was concerned it could seriously damage my computer if it happened again so I'd rather return it. They refunded my money straight away so the 2nd star is really for their excellent customer service but the product itself is pretty much useless and only deserves 1 star.

Pros
