Review on 🔌 NOYITO Arduino Communication Module: Efficient Conversion for Seamless Connectivity by Jason Hayes

Use this with an Atomic PI (x86 Atom, not ARM) to communicate with a Renogy solar charge controller. I had to open Renogy to determine the pin layout, but after that it was easy to connect to the UART GPIO PI pins. The thing is really small. IMHO it's better to solder wires to flat surfaces than to holes. This device has 2 LEDs. One is always on (power) and the other is on when data is being sent (at least it's not on all the time).
