I ordered this product because I've had a lot of pimples on my forehead lately. Before using this, I kept my hair out of my face for two weeks, thinking the products were the culprit. No difference. So I decided to look for African American skin care products. African Black Soup appeared. I was a little afraid to try this because some of the reviews from customers said they flared up even more. I use it twice a day for a week. I didn't consciously change my diet at the time (e.g. stopped drinking water) because I wanted to see whether the soup really helped against my acne. Well I can honestly say it helped A LOT. There are still shoals, but they're not as noticeable as they used to be. You can see that the inflammation has gone down. It leaves my skin dry, so I'm looking for a moisturizer that doesn't clash with this soup. Otherwise I will definitely continue to use this product.
