Amethyst gray base. It has no purple.
The base does not contrast well with the branch stones. The stones on the tree are almost all the same in size and color - a typical purple amethyst. Looks like they used light purple glue under each rock to attach it to the wood. I would say it makes less attractive stones more purple. I don't mind, but someone might. In general, I am satisfied with the image of the tree, but the gray base spoils its beauty. The base isn't purple enough to draw if it wasn't part of the tree.
