Processing not very good, all MONO zones, banana plugs do not always work Many input functions, FM, USB, SD card and 3.5 mm jack for external input. VHF is basic and not as powerful as VHF radio (with antenna). Each input has a different volume. (If you insert an SD card and switch to USB/FM etc, you should be in control of the overall volume). Because there are 6 zones you can control each separately, the winch is great for office overhead music systems. NO tech support, had to call multiple times and got an answering machine. Eventually I called the sales department and switched to technical support. The person who answered couldn't answer simple questions, they just found someone to answer the call. The device comes without instructions, which are unusable on the internet.
