Inexpensive wheel bolts

These wheels are just what I needed, but one of the bolts won't come off to remove the wheel and oil it. Now it's rounded and I had to order a new set. The remaining 3 bolts on the other wheelsets came loose with minimal effort. It would be nice if there weren't such cheap screws.
