Review on 🤩 Perricone MD Cold Plasma Plus+ Neck & Chest SPF 25: Advanced Skincare for Youthful Neck and Chest by Alisa Jones

This is my first negative review. I was excited to try this neck cream but had to pay attention to the reviews. I like the cream itself, but the jar wasn't even full, at least 1/3 or more of the contents was missing. I feel cheated for what I paid. I have never bought a cheap or expensive cream that didn't have the jar filled to the plastic protection in the lid. I feel cheated and will not buy it again
