Clean screen, works great, haptic is more delicate than the original but it's good. Pretty easy to change but there are a few bolts to remove, be careful which bolt comes from where, some bolts in the plastic and others in the sheet metal. There are some good videos on removing the device from the dashboard. Make sure you put the correct model and year when searching for the correct video as they are all slightly different. 100% worth every penny. I bought my used Cadillac from a dealer I used to deal with. I don't like third party warranties, but I let my wife talk me into it, especially for electronics. The only problem is that not every Cady dealer in the area honors third party guarantees (third party guarantees are dealer fraud or money extortion as far as I understand). Therefore, Cadillac charged 1700.00 to replace the device. Cars all my life, I think I'll keep going.
