Very nice screen, looks OEM and works great. I had cobwebs on my second Cadillac warranty replacement. I look forward to never having to deal with it again. I was hesitant to do it myself but it was easy and there are tons of videos. Just be patient during installation and keep track of which screw goes where. I first took mine apart a year before ordering to test it and after a few days of waiting for delivery my old brain had to watch the assembly video.

I bought another version before removing the cue system from my computer and then realized I had the wrong one. I would remove it to check which version you have before buying to save time. After a very good installation and after every detail of their videos, this screen does not work as advertised. They claim that their proximity sensor window design works correctly, but it doesn't. Clean screen, works great, haptic is more delicate than the original but it's good. Pretty easy to change but there are a few bolts to remove, be careful which bolt comes from where, some bolts in the plastic and others in the sheet metal. There are some good videos on removing the device from the dashboard. I was very excited to write about my experience of repairing a DEFECTIVE CUE that GM knows is defective and will not even replace 2 months out of warranty becomes. (Worth the effort, READ BELOW) We bought our 2014 SRX in December 2020 with 46,000 miles on it. Liked it from day one.
