The OEM screen was cracked and could only use half of the screen. Found this to be a fairly common problem. Found this screen and it had good reviews. Wanted to buy something wrong. I called CueScreens before purchasing. At first no one answered the phone but after a few minutes they called me back even though I didn't leave a message. During a call to the company, they confirmed what screen I needed and said I could call with questions about the installation. The product arrived and had links to install videos that were easy to find and had great step by step instructions. The whole process of changing the screen was quite simple. After replacing the screen and reinstalling everything, my son was very happy to have a working screen again. The screen looked great and had a very responsive touch. If your screen is cracked then this is what you need. Highly recommended
