I have a 2014 Cadillac CTS, the manufacturer's shield is beginning to look like it has been torn at the top edges. Due to scratches on the screen, I couldn't sync my phone, use navigation, change radio stations, or even check the time on my watch. I bought this screen and my son installed it in less than two hours and everything works like clockwork! I paid $180 for the screen and the dealer wanted to charge me $1500 so count how much I saved.
