Review on Secure Your Gear with RotopaX RX-LOX-PM Pack Mount Lock by Jairo Cunha

I read the negative reviews on this Rotopax mount and thought these people must have just done something wrong or not serviced the locking mechanism. Well I was wrong. I didn't even have time to install it on my jeep before it broke. I opened the package, took out the lock cylinder and made sure it worked with the key. I put the lock in the bracket and that's it, it broke. I spent over an hour trying to get the lock out of the holder with the key, then the key got stuck. I then spent about 2 hours drilling the cylinder so I could use the lockless mount. Indeed... I thought Rotopax was a good brand. I think I made two mistakes in a purchase.
