Sturdy, inexpensive and gets the job done DING DONG
Perfect for zucchini, eggplant and other soft squashes and squashes. I've read some reviews of people trying to use it on potatoes ๐ it won't work for that, but I can't think of many things that would. My only complaint is that you may have to shave the sides of your veggies to get them to fit, but at this price point it's a small price to pay.
