So I've been looking for an affordable pocket watch for a while. It's just in my price range. :) The watch was packed very well. Half a star deducted because the watch came with a dead battery. I was able to order new ones (very cheap) here at Revain. I'm taking off another half star because... If you're looking at quality watches ($140 or more), the number 3 is on the stem. This watch has the number 12 on the shaft. A pocket watch is meant to be carried in a gentleman's waistcoat pocket. When you take the watch out of your pocket with your right hand, your thumb presses the bar, the watch opens and you see the time. With this watch, once you open it, you have to turn the watch to see the time. .So far the watch is accurate and overall I am happy with the purchase. I will take it to a jeweler to see if the dial can be rotated to the correct position and I will update later.
