I'm 165 pounds and 5ft 4.5" tall and have a large. It fits well and is just below my knee. The material is not heavy/thick so you can wear a jumpsuit or other underwear. It fits snugly over the top of the thigh. Overall a good skirt and just what I expected for what I paid. Very convenient. I gave 4 stars because the material is cleaner than I expected. I will most likely be ordering a few more in other colors.Supplement: Now washed and not shrunk, it holds its shape very well.I chose a burgundy color as the skirt is so versatile.
