Review on Pelican 1430 Camera Case With Foam (Yellow) by Jon Robertson

When I need a case after 20 years in the military, I look to the Pelikan. It was a decent price for the case, and Prime shipping made it an easy choice. These cases are great for any application where you need a waterproof and durable case. I use it to store firearms and the reinforced locking holes are great for protecting the case. The foam pulls out easily to fit your application, but remember that each grip and tear cut of the foam is the full depth of the foam block, approximately 3 inches. So if you have something smaller you may need to get creative with cutting the foam. However I have found foam to suit my needs until I decide I need a custom foam insert for the occasion.
