Review on Melca by Kevin Carey

Due to the fact that Melca's website boasts of their commitment to the satisfaction of their customers, I was very excited to test out their 3D printing services. On the other hand, my experience was not even close to being satisfactory. Both the quality of the finished product and the customer service were below average. The customer service was unresponsive and ineffective. My expectations as a fan were for top-notch outcomes, but the prints were full of errors and imperfections instead. It's a tragedy that Melca professes to be passionate about 3D printing but can't seem to live up to the expectations they set for themselves. I will not be using their services again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else.
