In general, I am satisfied with the purchase. A good helper for cleaning, especially for general cleaning. Different pros: I've been using the mop for a little over a month. Let's start with the pros: - I was able to clean the stains on the floor and baseboard, which did not lend themselves to cleaning; - I really liked the steamer. I steamed all the curtains, my down jacket - I did it quickly and perfectly; - There are a lot of small nozzles in the kit. I cleaned the old gas stove from years of grease, dust and dirt after repairs in hard-to-reach places. Got cons: Of the minuses noted for myself: - this product is called a mop, but it is very rare to use it as a mop. It is much easier to wash the floors with a regular rag or mop, and use this steam generator only for general cleaning, or to remove stains and dirt; - the handle for the mop itself is not very strong, sometimes it seems that it is about to break; - the nozzle for glasses and mirrors is good, but often leaves stains (but I may be the case in me😅).
