How much use in the simplest things!
These Lacrosse Balls are so useful! I keep the blue one either in my bag or at work so I can lean back in my chair. I keep myself red at home to rub my back before bed. Initially I bought them because of very severe back/shoulder tension. I continue to use them every other night. They also work to roll my foot. I put the bar on the ground and then roll the ball over it.
